While I do not agree with several aspects

of the proposed healthcare reform, why is it that we had a president who basically ignored the issue for eight years? Was he waiting for caring conservatism to kick in? What about his political party who, until it was obvious that its sheep base wasn’t buying it, attempted to continue to ignore the issue of our broken healthcare system? Especially when stories like this come to light?
