Just when you thought it was safe to buy Shell gasoline again.

I spent just about all of my young adult life avoiding Shell gasoline because of the human rights and environmental issues that they were always involved in. Later this month, a lawsuit against Shell (filed by three relatives of seven activists killed when they spoke out against activities of the company in the Niger delta) will be heard in Manhattan federal court.
