Somebody saw pirates of the caribbean too many times…

Did those pirates REALLY THINK they were going to get away with taking an AMERICAN ship and hostage? And just safely run down to Somalia and live happily ever after? Really? A country founded on life, liberty and the pursuit of stuff was going to just roll over and let them have a 17, 000 TON cargo ship just for the asking? I was telling one of my friends a while ago, that these people were going to slip up and attempt to steal an American ship. And find themselves eyeball to eyeball with the US Navy. Oh well.
