Dear Congress,

Can we have a law that companies and banks who take money (from the taxpayers because they can’t stay afloat because their executives are unethical and greedy) hand money back to the american people and then to all of those other people who ran the company into the ground with their greedy and unethical behavior? Can we do that? Thanks.
