Sometimes you have to know when to back away from the computer. I mean shut it down, push your chair back, get up, put on some clothes, a jacket, some shoes, and just get out of the house. Go for a walk. Interact with nature. Breathe some fresh air. Something.

I read about a lady who was charged in the murder of her online ex-husband. Nobody was hurt, but his profile was “killed” on the game “Maple Story” after she logged on illegally. She faces about $5k in fines or 5 years in prison for unlawfully manipulating his data. I know I’m old fashioned, but I need a man to be REAL if I’m going to catch a case over him. As a matter of fact, when I hear of anybody having an online spouse or ex spouse, I’m thinking they need at least a computer free day per week. You know, to meet some real people.
