Political news this week in a nutshell.

Barack Obama had his family on camera. Then he decided it was not the right thing to do. then he apologized. And said it would not happen again.

Jesse Jackson said something really bad about Barack Obama. And apologized. People sure do apologize a lot around here.

JOHN MCCAIN’S CAMPAIGN CO CHAIR announced that the state of the American economy is in people’s minds. Does that mean that the price of gas is an illusion too? If I click my heels three times, then gas will be down to two bucks a gallon? Sounds tempting, but I think I can reisist.

Karl Rove will testify before congress if his testimony is not recorded and he is not sworn in. Yet he maintains his innocence? News flash – that’s not a testimony. I don’t know what that is, but it is not testimony.
