The restrictions on this cleansing are really making me look at the choices I make in a completely different light. I have a total and real appreciation and respect for everything I eat. I hope this continues after it’s over.
My husband had been really helpful (he usually is) and I am thankful for that.
I’m thankful I finally made it to the post office to send my folks a package that has been building up for a while now. I’m thankful for my folks, but the fact that we are different people with different ideas has been really apparent lately. It’s kind of funny because Al and I sometimes come to loggerheads in the same way. I’m thankful I’m raising him to think for himself in the same way that they raised me to think for myself.
