There is a national advisory about raw red tomatoes. Tomatoes sold on the vine, cherry tomatoes and grape tomatoes are not included. Salmonellosis, which is not a big deal for grownups (a couple of days of sickness and life returns to normal) can be dangerous for young children and the elderly.
