One thing I have always loved about living in the Pacific Northwest has been the extremely fresh and reasonably priced wild Salmon that was available. Well, that’s not going to happen this year. Salmon season has been called off from Oregon to Mexico due to a very very small salmon run. Northern salmon fishing is expected to be tightly regulated, so if you like Salmon, you might want to get some, process it and freeze it. Unless you want to pay 35 bucks per pound for it.
