A million people evacuated

They say it’s the largest non-war related evacuation in modern American history. I don’t know what that means exactly. Well I have some idea, but a million people leaving a location is a LOT of people. I’m glad that our government is handling things better than it did with the last mass evacuation we had. Then again, it’s not like they could handle it worse.
